• Revenue $2M to $10M or EBITDA $600K to $5M

Business Criteria

• In operations for a minimum of 3 years and prefer over 5 years

• Motivated seller willing to remain in operations or as an advisor for a period of time 

• Management team with a track record of success

• Culture embodies Integrity, Exploration, Engagement, and Curiosity

• History of consistently strong operating profits and returns on invested capital      

Industries

• Executive Suites and co-working

• Healthcare

• Niche manufacturing, services, or distribution

• We are generally not interested in restaurants, commodity businesses or construction contractors

Transaction Types

• Asset sales

• We generally acquire performing businesses though will consider select turnarounds

Geographic Focus

• Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Texas

• Other states within the West and Southwest United States
